My name is Sarah Chester and I am so glad you are here.
I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor Associate, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals and families, including those facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns; families involved with the child protective services system; adolescents in school-based settings; and expecting mothers navigating major life transitions. I am licensed to treat substance use disorders and approach this work with deep empathy and a nonjudgmental mindset.
No matter your age or stage of life, I offer a warm, compassionate space where therapy is tailored just for you. Whether you're 5 or 105, facing big feelings, life transitions, parenting struggles, relationship bumps, or mental health concerns—I’m here to help you feel supported and seen.
